Sir in our society 1bhk and 2bhk guyz are fighting..please answer to my question please... 1. If lift generator need maintenance and diesel , so can we use this expense from maintenance ? 2. If drainage cleaning is required.so can we use this expense from maintenance ?

If any CHS has collected excess amount during the year than how this amount is required to be adjusted in accounts head. Can this excess amount to be adjusted in Reserve Fund--50% and the balance 50 % in Repair fund and get it accorded AGM

In our society wrong balance sheet duly signed by auditor and office barer,when mistakes were informed to office barer,they informed that on faith of auditor we signed blindly , office barer is not easy to take moral responsibility, after auditor has corrected balance sheet and accepted mistake in writing,but office barer not ready to take moral responsibility,pl advice what action can be taken barer ,give beylaws no also, regards

सोसायटी बिल्डिंग रेपैर का पैसा सबसे जमा किया है क्या कोई लेट देगा तो उसके ऊपर 18% पेनल्टी लगा सकते हैं अगर टेरेस फ्लॅट के ऊपर से सोसायटी ने काम नाही किया तो सूचना देणे के बाद तो रिपैर फंड का पैसा टेरेस फ्लॅट owner सोसायटी को नाही दिया तो चाल सकता हैं क्या जन तक सोसायटी टेरेस के ऊपर का काम नाही करते

Interest चार्ज करनेके पहले resolution पास करना जरूरी है. टेरेस फ्लॅट ओनार पैसा देना रोक नहीं सकता, अगर कुछ शिकायत हैं तो Dy.Registrar को लिख सकता है.

Send ur letters by registered post, let them deny it. Do follow up with Dy. Registrar office for ur complaint
