Thats the sign of a fake lawyer. A confession does matter when in court because if they did it and they confess then they will have their sentence reduced but not released

Wouldn’t that be taking a plea deal Jayoma is just saying his client confessing doesn’t matter to him because his goal is to dismiss or get rid of the case and a confession only matters if the client wants to take the plea deal

@@ZelephsDog if a judge gets a confession then it's a confession. They won't let them free because they got a confession. The only way that this lawyer's logic makes sense is if he paid off the judge

That’s not what he means. He means confessing to the lawyer not cops. A lawyer isn’t there to help find out if his client did it or not, it to make sure he represents him as good as possible. That’s why he said he never asks if they did it or not.
