Reviewing this for an upcoming thing; your comment is completely wrong. IF you have the ability to tell your side to the jury, do it. The jury is all that matters. Lawyers, with their powdered wigs and 1600's speak, don't resonate with your peers. Remember that when you're on trial.😎
@minibatman2.0162 жыл бұрын
@@dennishilmas3423 there’s a difference between getting the jury to believe you and trying to manipulate them. As you see, she’s talking directly to the jury when you’re not supposed to even acknowledge them. Her talking directly to them and trying to manipulate the questions by not answering properly isn’t right. Not only that, by doing this it’s the same thing a domestic abuser does to its victims to try and control them. It’s not right and she should be in jail for all the illegal things she’s done. To get your jury to believe you, you need to answer the one asking questions, aka the lawyers, by answering them completely and to not ramble the same thing over and over again when it’s not even the right answer. If she were to make the jury believe her, she needs hard evidence, good manners, answer the questions, be respectful and to stop talking about things unrelated to the questions.

I completely agree as I am also someone that doesn't follow these stories based on celebrities as if they are something bigger, better or in any way different to what us "normies" go through. I originally watched/read about small details, because it was damn near, if not, completely impossible to avoid absolutely everything. It was when I allowed myself and decided to follow it a little more closely that I turned from slightly curious to very invested. I genuinely wasn't actually sure why/how it hooked me at first. As previously mentioned, I have never nor would ever perceive, believe, see or treat any group(s), for example...the 1%, celebrities, the unknown, the rich, the poor, black, white, Asian, tall, small, old, young, man, woman, religious, atheist (the list goes on) as of in any way above myself, my piers or the rest of humanity and I certainly wouldn't treat anyone, person or group, as somehow in any way less than myself & others. In the end I think it's because, possibly not completely aware of it, or maybe completely aware but still too terrified, it hooked me because there was/is a similar situation happening to me, as a shoot. I won't get into the details. All I can say/theorise is that my wife (separated) is very much like Amber, in the sense that I believe she will go to extreme lengths and/or make as many false allegations she has to, morality, truth and consequences on my part playing no part at all, as a way to make sure she always comes across as the victim. I even really started believing and questioning my own sanity/reality after the years of the years of manipulation and being told I was the abuser. I am no longer under the spell, thankfully. I am able to think back and actually be grateful for the fact that, though I was very very close to "too far gone", I just ever so slightly avoided it. So now I am being accused of the abuse I would never dream of. Luckily for me, I have evidence. Apologies for the novel, it just helps me to vent. However just because a guy gets proven innocent, it does not mean that they are in the clear. Lucky for JD, it was televised Worldwide. 99% of others are not. So it's not even a case of false accusations, court room, proven innocent and now you can get on with your life. For most, that false allegation can be proven so, however the entire world does not witness that. So just the fact that you have been accused, guilty or not and with the best possible evidence making it so clear you didn't do it, is not enough. It's happening to me the exact same way. I have my evidence, when my ex tells her lies she has none because it doesn't exist, but she is still more likely to win the case. I have had so many people try to have a pop because they were told I am abusive. I always prove it wrong, but that's not the point. I was accused and everybody believed I was guilty immediately. When I told someone I was being abused, I showed them all the proof I have... It's very rare that someone believes me. I told and showed someone everything proof wise after they heard I was abusive, but the reply I got was "Well you must have done something to make her treat you that way." Exactly the same as when a guy cheats, he is the devil, he's Hitler, she deserves better!!! When a woman cheats, it's the man's fault still because he should have been satisfying her." Double standards. It will never stop. Sorry for the long comments.

Exactly. How dare she even try to act as a victim when she's clearly the perpetrator here? I didn't know about the whole thing until it got to court, but just by looking at the body language, the way she acts like a victim and wants the attention on her with all that fake crying... it really disgusts me. It is already hard for people to even come out and talk about it because you'll be subjected to so much judgment or scrutiny, even (and especially) from peers, relatives, acquaintances before they are willing to bear you out, much less believe in you, especially or even with the evidence in front of them(!). Additionally, depending on the sex of the person (not gender, sex) it can present in different ways, perhaps. Whereas women will be seen as "overdramatic," "easy prey" or/and guilty because of the way they dressed or acted or didn't (even if this is a child we're talking about, casually minding their own business or just interacting with a relative) you'll see people around them accuse them of "seducing" the creep/perpetrator (whoever it may be) particularly and even by other women(!) around them, and victim shamed or guilt tripped in SA accusations or asked, "Why didn't you leave?", men will be given the "You're a man, act like it. Why didn't you defend yourself?" Or worse yet, if it's violence in a gay/bi/poly relationship (as with LGBTQIA you'll hear or see people make really obscene, snide, cruel and violent comments where people are trying to insinuate they deserved it because they're gay or whatever. People are absolutely disgusting and cruel. They simply don't care.

thats a bad example you gave, because I can get a bank loan even if I have the money. Matter of fact, almost every billionaire still uses bank loans to buy stuff, even though they have billions in assets A better argument for why her example is bad would be something like the following: When you pledge money to a charity, you do make a formal contract, but this contract is hard to enforce and hard to collect if the pledger decides to back down. There is no down payment, there is no collateral, and the charity org is very limited as to what it can go after if the promise is broken. A contract with a bank, on the other hand, has the bank give money on the condition that it has collateral on the house. If the payor does not pay the bank, the bank will simply take the house... If there was no collateral for the bank, the bank would never give that much money to a nobody.... unless at a very high interest rate Moreover, just about anyone can make a charity pledge, in no time with almost no paperwork. You also do not even need the receiving party's consent. But getting a bank to loan you money requires the bank to do a thorough investigation into your financial situation, proof of collateral, income, etc. The contract is dozens of pages long and explicitly states the numerous consequences of non payment. If I walk in the door of ACLU and tell them I want to pledge 1 million, I will walk out in 2 hours with a signed contract and I am done with it. I can later just not pay and nothing will happen to me But if I walk into a bank and tell them I want to pledge 1 million, if they give me 1 million, they're going to laugh at me given my financial situation...

Did you mean in awe?
@wd57392 жыл бұрын
She's thinks the trial was unfair and J.D's lawyers just ✨distracted✨ everyone but the audio of her, from her, by her, proudly saying "I DID start a physical fight" that played in the beginning was enough. Then her recordings only got worse from there and she presented no solid evidence that he actually abused her
@TaurusWitch29 Жыл бұрын
And conveniently there's audio of amber admitting to cutting his finger off with the bottle and screaming and crying about it when the doctor was there, but it wasn't allowed in court. Cut and dry, but because the doctor wasn't testifying, they didn't allow it. So everyone knew she did it except the jury, allegedly. They're not supposed to know anything until later lol
@Just_a_Piano_9 ай бұрын
@@TaurusWitch29 hmm I couldn't imagine why it wasn't allowed in court. Did they not want it in court because it proved her to be the abuser? Not that it matters since literally every single other piece of "evidence" they had was showing amber being hyper aggressive while Johnny is just taking all of it
@presenceaboveall78822 жыл бұрын
All jokes aside but Amber her and her lawyer especially Elaine committed perjury when they said that she couldn’t pay the money because Johnny sued her. But did you know that her home insurance is paying for her defense.

Give the voice and strength back to the victims of abuse, be it MAN OR WOMAN!!!!I'm terribly sad and disappointed that so many people see this trial's verdict and the other major points of this very publicized abuse ...situation?/story?.. as victimized women vs. Male aggressors. They're not seeing the TRUTH which is this is about the vindication of the VICTIM/THE ABUSED, and giving them their voice back, man OR woman. This hasn't set WOMEN back! Rather it's called attention to and exposed the truth that it is possible and not uncommon for a man to be victimized, even such a man as JD! A famous, well known superstar universally seen as a masculine symbol with style and manly swagger. The verdict in this trial can empower men who suffer in silence. SO MUCH of the population doesn't take into consideration that men are handicapped in 99.9% of relationships because of a strong cultural conditioning that no man may lay a harmful hand on a women(thereby leaving them defensless)... small wonder JD left the room/home/ situation when AH was winding up for a fight. And then to taunt and mock him for having the decency to NOT kick her ass! (She had it coming!!!!!) Giving a voice and strength back to the abused!!!! Be it man or woman!

Love your videos! I know they r suppose to be just for entertainment but they also show the horrific lies Amber told and show how SHE was the abuser. I watched the entire trial and I am disappointed that mainstream media is still trying to paint Amber as the “victim”. The way they cut and clip things together is unbelievable and again having watched the entire trial I never realized just how bad media will and can twist things to fit a certain narrative. It’s scary to me actually. And most people probably weren’t able to watch the entire trial so they just read the headlines and watch the pieced together bits of the trial and believe it. Anyways your videos do make me laugh so thx 😊 Keep em comin!

Hillarious video. Grandma used to say, tell a lie and you'll need to tell two more in defense of that one, and then two more for each lie told thereafter, and so on, and so on, until you've lost track of all the lies you've told.

It's not for fun...It is sad that this happened to Johnny, someone with less strength may have done something much more serious than what happened to Johnny, and I'm not undercutting his pain, I'm just saying he suffered much more than many will ever know....My prayers are with him and also Amber, that she will convert to a kind and honest person....My heart ached for Johnny...I'd just lost two brother's in the beginning of the trial...One of them reminded me of johnny's personality along with my brother being a singer and musician...My brother had the sweet shyness, Johnny has...

I, personally, wish everyone would just stop giving her any air time and doing interviews with her and just turn their backs on her so she can just fade away into the abyss. Why bother even talking to her because she's a narcissist and will NEVER, EVER admit she's wrong and everyone still putting her in interviews isn't "canceling" her so let's see her be canceled! Who gives a crap what she's doing or going to say! None of it matters because she's not only a narcissist, but a sociopath too. CANCEL THE BEOTCH!!! (FYI: IF you feel the need to reply or send me a message please make peace with the fact that I will never read it or even see it. I refuse to do the back and forth debate on my comments).✌ ♥️

The scary thing is that that was the day (when she filmed him domestically abusing kitchen cabinets) he found out his business manager had stolen tens of millions of dollars from him, but she, who had no reason to know that because he hadn't told her yet, though she knew his business manager VERY WELL knew that that was a day on which she should have a camera ready.
