He was subpoenaed as a witness and clearly was over the questions and constantly having to go over his story, and he probably has a job that he can’t just bail on to sit around for 1-2 hours to give his testimony. Actually I read that Mr. Rottenborn and Mrs. Elaine are amazing lawyers that won many cases, also that applies to Mr. Chew and Miss Vasquez. But I think in this case Mr. Rottenborn and Mrs. Elaine look like idiots because they have nothing to work with, and that’s their job to defend a lier but no matter how good you are you can’t win a case if you are lying. So poor them for having to defend AH and getting all this hate even though they are good.

I have a love-hate relationship with the idea that people make memes and funny moments out of this whole thing... I feel like it helps to consider Johnny's personality and humor, I think he would laugh at the edits too (just like he laughed at Amber's attorney mocking him despite it being disrespectful). That was his personality before Amber pooped the joy out of his life (sorry, I couldn't miss the opportunity). It is a serious situation, but Johnny has been in a dark place for years, I think he appreciates humor mixed with support.

@@PurpleFlowerwork I don't want to counter your point but add to it and say. I'm fairly sure, that supposedly there was actually some rough times before AH due to JD having a series of unfortunate events in life but he got up and sorted himself out after being given opportunities. So that humour likely came from biting through the pain, also hence the dark comedic comments and such.

Apparently he's broken the Goldwater rule. It's a rule stating that it is unethical to provide an official, professional opinion on a person who they have not examined personally. JD did not do an examination, the judge even ruled that he didn't have to do one, so Dr Spiegel has no ethical basis to give an opinion in court.

I can't even imagine what it'd must be like having to listen to such bull crap, but under no circumstances be allowed to show any reaction .. not a raised eye brow, not a chuckle, no eye-rolling - nothing that could influence the jury or may be interpreted as the judge being biased against someone. @@crocdog5278 rottenborn did a decent job and you could see from the trial that he is a good lawyer. Bredeholft (I can't spell) just looked incompetent. If looking at her for a lawyer, you'd have to look at previous cases if this one didn't scare you away.
