10:06 the guy flying the drone is 100% in the wrong. As someone that flys recreationaly it is illegal to sit and watch over someone else's property. However shooting down a drone can land you with felony charges as it is classified as an aircraft so it would be similar to trying to shoot down an airplane. Many people that fly recreationally do not have a license and have never taken the T.R.U.S.T. test through the FAA. But yeah for those wondering, he was likely arrested with most likely criminal charges but the drone operator was probably charged with harassment and breaching over private property. If anyone here is a commercial license drone flyer, please correct me. Thanks 🙂
