The buttered toast one has me laughing. I was sick with the flu a few weeks ago and still starving but afraid to eat 'normal' food. I toasted and buttered boring white bread and I was like 'Wow this shit is fabulous! How have I gone so long without eating it?!' Then I ran out of bread the next day and had white bread, margarine, rice and 7Up delivered to my house. The lady delivering it smiled and said 'Stomach flu, huh?' I gave her a huge tip. BREAD!

The bit at 7:40 about the old ladies texting each other....I've been doing that with my mom for probably a decade now. Ever since her mom died alone in her house, because nobody was there to check on her, we've got an agreement to have her text me or me her in the morning, to make sure she's alive. This is something you should 100% do with your loved ones as they age up. No joke.

If a Chosen One in the book you're reading is a teenager then most likely you're reading a book in a young adult category. And you can't ask from the teenagers who are the target audience to sympathize with an adult. Almost all books in the adult fantasy category are featuring Chosen One that is already an adult. Partly because otherwise explicit scenes would be inappropriate.

I learned how to drive on a stick shift, and I preferred it because I felt like it gave me more control over the vehicle. Then I married a woman who only knew how to drive automatic, so any car we owned had to have an automatic transmission or she couldn't use it. Now I'm divorced and I've forgotten how to drive a stick shift. But it turns out that the car knows how to control its own gears just fine without any help from me.

6:35 If it's my purse you would also have to take a right at the tape measure, go straight until you hit the mini flashlight and then the second left at the screwdriver, but you've gone too far north at the solar calculator, too far west at the manicure set and too far east at the tire pressure gauge.

💍 you're my type of woman, lol. My friends and I pack for camping, and they make fun of how much $#!+ I bring in my camping pack. Until they break or rip something, and I have repair and sewing kits. Or until they get hurt, and I have a first-aid kit.

@@georgetrapp6666 Up until my husband died, I also carried his wallet, keys & anything else he didn't want in his pockets. He said they were too bulky to try to sit on. I also had to think of and pack up all our camping gear. Not that he couldn't, he was just so busy he didn't always have the time & would usually forget something. Which is probably why we always left too late in the evening to get where we were going before dark & ended up camping for the night anywhere we could find. The irony is that he's the one who taught me how to camp & fish. We lived in the Appalachians so there were always good camping spots beside the road. This one night, we knew it was going to be late getting to our destination so we pulled off, set up the tent & were so tired we went right off to sleep. Only to be awoken a short time later by the ground shaking, bright lights coming through the tent's canvas and the sound of a train whistle. We had just enough time to run out the tent & up to the road only to realize (to our great relief) that the train we heard & felt was on the train tracks just on the other side of the stream we had camped beside, so we hadn't camped on the train tracks as we had thought. 🙂 The stories I could tell you.

Friends of mine used to hang out with another friend's mom, and break her chops at every step. While at convenience stores, if she was at the checkout, one would yell out "Oh, you'd better buy batteries, too, Mom. You're not getting any from _me_ , tonight!"

0:58 cos of the potential growth. Also, thats the target audience. A 40s female is....of josei genre. Its often of romance or slice-of-life tags. So, the "chosen one" trope wont sell well for 40s female. N such character also wouldnt sell well for young adult/late teen. As for "potential growth"....a fat 12-15 years old could do training montage for 1 year n become muscled. A fat 40s female cant do that without damaging her joints.
