@@MyRegardsToTheDodo Nope. Polyamorous. We were poly before we met and stayed poly for almost 30 years until she, unfortunately, passed away a couple months ago. We both knew and liked each other's others. It's a relationship mode that doesn't appeal to everyone but it worked for us. The key was rigorous honesty and the Three Rules: communicate, communicate, communicate.

3:38 Marginally related, but this can and does happen! The time and place? Mid-1994, the Second Floor Day Room in Dormitory 325 at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. The tabletop roleplaying game that I was running for three other Airmen? A GURPS Horror one-shot. The plot? The three player-characters were college kids who went to a Camp-Crystal-Lake-like campground up on Lake Flathead in the Flathead Mountains with 14 other college kids (all NPCs), one of the NPC girls told a campfire legend about an unkillable serial killer named Crazy George who used to stalk people up in those mountains eight or ten years ago, and *_sure enough,_* guess who shows up and starts killing off the campers, one by one! And the four of us roleplayed _everything,_ including the wails and screams of the victims whenever Crazy George came at someone, ambushed them or murdered them. The next thing you know, an armed Air Force Security Policeman was coming into our day room with a police dog, Apparently, one or more of the Airmen living down the hall thought that someone was _actually being murdered_ in the day room, so they called the SPs. We had to explain to him that no, no one was being violently attacked or murdered; we were just playing a tabletop RPG. But that was *_the_* most awkward moment that I've ever experienced while playing a tabletop roleplaying game. So what similar stories do *_you_* have to tell, about Horror games or otherwise? :)
