That light was a great gift! I almost bought one last month for chasing Yooperlites here in the U.P. of Michigan but my Convoy C-8 still gets the job done. Maybe next spring when the snow is gone.. The rocks cleaned up nicely with the sprayer.👍

Nothing wrong with the Convoy. Like you say, it gets the job done. After getting this new light, I gave my Convoy to a good friend.

I was using my fabric gun the other day and without thinking decided to spray some dirt off the tip of my finger... Oh man did that hurt, luckily did not break the skin. Love that fabric gun, useful for so many things once you have one in the house. Thx for the video as always, great samples.

Looks like you might have got some fluorite (purple) as well. At first I was skeptical of the cubic calcite until I saw the reds and orange at 365nm. Way Too Cool has some great AC and/or DC lamps and torches including that Aurora model for UV mineral enthusiasts. They also offer custom lamps and mineral samples.
