@aprilmarie7165 it is a nice place. Late at night, they did have mosquitos when there wasn't a breeze. They didn't bother us, though. We may return. But we like to try other areas of cuba

Scooter rental was $40 per person for 24hr time. And kayaks and catamaran were no charge they were offered from the resort for free. Tips are accepted if you chose to tip them.

You are right.. The Beans coffee shop is perfect, clean, and cool. Also serves the best ice cream.

Yes, we flew out of Toronto Air Transat. Flight left at 6:25am & return was 940pm

This was our first time at this resort. Also our first time in Cayo Coco. We have been to varadero, hoguin, camaguey (st lucia), ceinfuegos Trinidad

What kind of plugs are in the rooms for charging phones?

Our room had both. American/canadian, and the ones with the round prongs. You will be fine with your electronics.

Did you do the Diamond Club? If so was it worth the upgrade?

No, we did not do the diamond club. People we met there did, and they said it wasn't worth it. The only thing they got that was a different. Was a spot for breakfast, rather then the buffet area, a separate spot on the beach with lounge chairs and a bar.

No, we did not have the diamond club. We didn't want to pay the extra, and we really didn't see a difference other than a different breakfast spot and a spot on the beach.

@bogdantrzymaj we did enjoy the resort, we didn't pay a lot for the trip, so that's maybe why. We aren't picky people. Mosquitos were bad one night when the breeze was gone. We saw some people with bites on them, but we didn't get bit. There isn't a lot off resort, so if you want to do off resort stuff, then this would be the area for that.

Would be nice having chicken, beef, eggs, butter, pop, wine at an all inclusive hotel….Cuba on the other doesn’t agree. Worst vacation ever. Plus side tho is the beech and staff are fantastic

Sorry to hear you didn't have those items. We didn't have eggs and pop 2 of the 7 days and no wine at all but we don't drink it anyways
