Hello sir, from last few months I'm experiencing pain in my chest my x-ray and ultrasound is done but everything is normal and the pain is also reduced a bit i talked to my doctor she said that do blood test nothing came out now just a bit of pain happens In my chest can you suggest anything regarding this

Sir my father Age 58 has esophageus cancer stage 4 from last 5 months.After 1 month it spread in most of the nearest organs.now from last 2 days it spread in brain also hence he behave abnormaly..Not connecting with us just talking one thing again and again if we call them only otherwise he laid down totally silent whole the time.. Will this brain issue be recover after sometime or this is permanent..kindy reply sir waiting with positive response
