I truly left my heart at home when my carrier group pulled away from port for another 9 month deployment in the Persian Gulf. No matter what my feelings are regarding this involvement in the Middle East that we are doomed forever to be dragged into year after fucking year....we are duty bound to answer the call to arms, and so it is and will always be. - words from the heart of a US sailor.

Every time I hear this, I think of how anxious and scared I get when I'm miles away from the most amazing man who came into my life over 5 years ago. Regardless being across town or in another state, I always think about how far I am away from the love of my life. I was just able to save myself from moving back home to California to where my family on my mom's side is at because I couldn't bare being that far away from my Branden, so luckily enough his mom took me in so I could be closer. But sometimes it doesn't feel like being 15 minutes away from him is close enough, I always wanna be RIGHT THERE next to him, but may God's will be. This song means so much to me. New song of my life. I have turned on some playlist and then fall asleep but suddenly I woke up on this song, and when I heard it i felt something strange but good... I stood up like a zombie went to a computer.. Hardly remember how did I even share this on my timeline, I was half-dead during that time..
