As I like to say, I have done my job if I have helped at least one person throughout my day.

The first time I came across an amp with those pads I messed the pad up so bad I had to remove it on both sides. Lol. I've since learned the best way for me to do it. I use an o-ring remover that has a small rounded sharp flat head. Been working great so far. Thanks for showing your way tho. I will have to try it

Can you do a video showing how to install spring clips back over the mosfets? That's my least favorite thing about doing repairs. Lol

I think I have a video on this but I sure can cover it again to keep viewers updated.

I use heat gun, heat the heatsink up and pry the fuck out of the transistor with an Allen key that is snug in the mounting hole of the transistor. Only done this with large package transistors like TO3P, the 220’s I haven’t figured it out quite yet lol.

You will find your method for the TO220's. It took me a while to figure out the best way to cause the least trauma.
