Memphis pastor shot in the face outside his church 'shocked' after suspect's charges dropped

A Memphis pastor who was shot in the face outside his church is setting the record straight.
This week, a slew of charges against a suspect in that case were dropped. The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office blamed the dismissal on witnesses not appearing in court.
Pastor Clemmie Livingston, though, claims he was there all morning.
