Joyce Fenderella Irby is the only original member performing with this line up. Around 2004 all of the original members went to court to gain ownership of the name due to the band's original guitarist applying for trademark stating she can only use the name but a judge ruled that all the members can use the name but they have to be billed as Klymaxx featuring Original member. From 2009-2014 original members Joyce, Bernadette and Lorena performed as Klymaxx.
