Bro, I’m about six years older than you 34 and I didn’t wake up until I was like 26 and really didn’t even get on my Fitness until I was 28. I still look like I’m in my mid 20s though because of how much health I got back. I try to remember to be grateful for the small things every day like waking up with your eyesight and not being sick. I woke up the other day and my right eye was all blurry for like an hour and I was freaking out. I didn’t know what was going on but I must’ve just slept on it wrong, but it reminded me to appreciate the small things, and give grace to God, because it really could be hell on earth with just small little things that could happen to you.
