SCRIPTURE REFERENCES for some of the points I made... Also a correction, it was TITUS, not Timothy. Much love to everyone! Pray this helps us all 🙏🏾 Foolishness of the Gospel -> 1 Corinthians 1:18 Following Christ meant for me putting “my Kingdom (reputation, selfish desires etc...)” aside -> Matthew 10:38-39 Following Christ and the risk of being called “lame” or questioned by friends now that you no longer do the same things -> 1 Peter 4:1-5 NLT Women are God’s gift (to be valued & respected as such) -> Genesis 2:22-24 (Hand made by God & the only creation Adam celebrated) -> Proverbs 18:22 (finds a treasure and the obtains favor) -> Proverbs 31:10 (worth more than rubies) -> It’s not about being a wife, it’s about the VALUABLE. Women are valuable BEFORE becoming a wife. “Then God blessed THEM, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply...” -> Genesis 1:22 Don’t be lazy, “Man doesn’t work man doesn’t eat” -> 2 Thessalonians 3:1-14 Paul told TITUS (I said Timothy but it was Titus, my mistake!) to teach the older men and older women to teach & be the example for the younger men & women -> Titus 2:2-7

Hey Dozie!! I appreciate this video. I wanted to make a "viewer's suggestion". I really think that these types of videos will soar. I think that if you incorporate more vidoes with more men of Christ ( and you should definitely do from young to old. For example: teenage boys, young adult men, middle aged men, and even older than that. IF you include men of every age bracket-- we can hear how they are and see how they develop and so many people may relate!!). So keep up with these videos. Maybe do a panel of men of all different ages? Maybe a panel with all the same ages? Maybe a panel with men and women to hear different opinions? Lori

I meet a lot of guys, because of my profession. So, for a while, there was some confusion because I didnt understand exactly what was not clicking....but, now, I know its being genuinely sincere about their relationship with Christ like this brother....not that they have to be perfect but sincere. Blessings to him and his fiance.

We’re still sinners at the end of the day and he’s still amazing for not acting on it because it is not easy 🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️ !! We all gotta take responsibility at the end of the day. Great conversation and topic 👏🏾👏🏾

“Because the lack of manhood, women have had to rise up. When men leave their place and position we put women in a place to do by themselves which they are created to do alone - therefore dysfunction. Men - LEAD; lead and love by sacrifice. Men, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.” 🔥🙌🏽👌🏽 good show Bro! And proud to be this man of God’s fiancé 🤗🙌🏽💛
@angeleyes33864 жыл бұрын
_amandamore That’s why I don’t like this current mindset by most men that Women are the ones responsible to fix the dynamic. No one holds the sole responsibility but Men must lead and women will naturally follow...most will.

Nice video! I desire a man that already have a relationship with the lord before pursuing me. Most men say, “you can help me grow in Christ”... I don’t think it too much to want the guy to already be “established” in his walk with God...is it?!? but maybe that’s my mindset!
@lashondarochell75845 жыл бұрын
It's very important for the man God has for you be established in Jesus Christ! You want his walk to be defined not us women leading the man to Jesus Christ.
@jcapers545 жыл бұрын
LaShonda Rochell right!!! I totally agree! I’m like dang why can’t the men already be established in Christ and lead me for once lol tired of teaching these men lol I’m like I wanna be the student for once!

Girl I agree!! I need a man that want Jesus for himself... not just because I want him too. I’m not “building a man” (pushing them to Christ). I’ve witnessed women praying & asking men to come to church, but the men are in their worldly ways. It’s kind of like a waste of time, energy, & emotions sadly.

Definitely inspiring. I have not come across young black men around my age of this caliber and love for God. It's funny that men say that a good God fearing woman is hard to find but for me it seems the opposite and for most women. Godly women have a hard time coming across true Godly men. So it's refreshing to see you both. Helps me to keep hope alive ✊🏾LOL. Many blessings to you. #Jesusforever #Jesusismybestfriend

My heart is full seeing so many testimonies of men rising up and taking their place in the Kingdom of God. Excited for your journeys men of God!! God is about to use you in ways you guys couldn’t have ever imagined. Here’s evidence that Godly men exist... and I look forward to the day that God blesses me with mine.

It’s so refreshing listening to this conversation. I feel like a fly on the wall hearing men openly speak about God, and acknowledge that men have dropped the ball when it comes to leading& loving sacrificially. I really pray that this convo reaches many and causes a huge heart shift toward what and who we were created to be in Christ ❤️
@theminimalsista6 жыл бұрын
This was really good, and I know so many guys that this could encourage. Could you do a video on men and developing a posture of prayer? I don't know why but the act of praying period has been portrayed as something that women just do or take the lead in.

“SWEET” does not always equal HOMOSEXUAL. Just like a “HARD/MANLY” PERSONA does not always equal HETEROSEXUAL. I bet some women in this comment thread know this from personal experience. And some of the most beautiful women (inside & out) are sometimes attracted to those men that may not meet your “MASCULINITY CRITERIA”. & some of those men are actually HETEROSEXUAL. My point is maybe you could’ve made your points in the video without attempting to create a quick punchline by putting others down. But other than that, I thought it was great seeing two brothers discuss their perspectives on what it means to sincerely pursue God. Be blessed.

Dozie, I really like what you are doing; love to see men living for, and "pursuing" God, as Marcus puts it. Keep up the good works and stick with God; he is our source of strength and in him we have hope. Keep the faith always, you and Marcus, no matter what darts the enemy of souls may through at you. Remember, all our battles are won on our knees, no matter how small or great. I must say, I also love the prayer aspect of your show. My channel features similar shows with much more to come, by the grace of God. I've just subscribed to your channel; first time viewer. Blessings upon you!
