The trainee who grabs Jeff's flower at the beginning is Patrick Warburton, the voice of Joe in Family Guy and Kronk in Emporer's New Groove. (Although my favorite of his was Brock Sampson in Venture Bros.)

What I like about the Men In Black 2 and 3 is they were not dull money grabs but had actual positive story lines with actors who could pull it off.

Hey James?! You graduated HS in the ‘90’s right?
