I'll throw in that Men in Black won Best Makeup at the 98 Oscars, rightfully so in my honest opinion. Definitely superior to Titanic, which lost in the same category. It's also another example of D'Onofrio playing the antagonist or just an unlikable character in general. This includes Impostor, The Thirteenth Floor, The Cell and Jurassic World. Not a jab at him as an actor, by the way. Only an observation on the roles I've seen him in.

I flew coach next to that tall alien (also Lurch from Addams family) on a flight to LA. He sat in the middle seat, but at least it was the extra leg room row. He was reading a book on veterinary care while eating a comically small package of nuts+berries with his gigantic hands. I knew who he was but I didn't bring it up until we touched down in LA. He told me he was in Rhode Island for a horror convention, followed up with "But I'm not really into those sorts of things". The reasoning behind giving a rookie the wimpy looking Noisy Cricket gun is to teach them that appearances can be deceiving and not to judge a book by its cover. That’s why J was chosen over the military candidates. Because he looked past the surface and saw something other than strange/scary looking aliens during the shooting test. He also didn’t automatically assume that little Tiffany was an innocent human girl, as she appeared to be. The fact that he was able to run down the alien he chased on foot also helped show that he was physically capable of handling the rigors of the job.

Can we talk about Mary's laugh at about the 14:00 minute mark? MAJOR Janice from "Friends" vibes.

In 1976 I sang on the first season of the Gong Show, and I lost by 1 point to Oingo Boingo, which was Danny Elfmans band at the time.

This was a great film to see back in 1997 in the theater. Tommy and Will are a great duo. Great film. Mary, I highly suggest you watch Enemy Of The State, Will did such a great job along with the other actors, You'll enjoy it. Oh yeah, forgot, Marvel's Men In Black. Also, please react to Marvel's Blade. Btw, just watched Tommy in Volcano (1997) last night and enjoyed it.

I always assumed that the actor that played Edgar was different from the Alien version of Edgar. It still amazes me that it was the same person.

This isn't MIB 'canon,' but the female agent, Laurel, was called "L" or "Elle." She appeared in the animated series, voiced by Jennifer Lien, who played Kes in Star Trek: Voyager.

The second movie goes overboard with raunchy humor, the third one is really good.

I GUARANTEE you, if the average person had access to those forget-flash thingies, they'd abuse the hell out of them.
