Honor, moral lessons, dignity, maturity, all of these things ! Exemplified in these shows. Yes, This IS the Navy. These are the things many of us are determined to keep alive in the face of younger generations and world tyrants who would erase them. I am hooked after just two episodes !

Many thanks for making these episodes available. 'Men of Annapolis' (and its counterpart, 'West Point') provided the initial impetus for many boys and teens to seek appointments to the Naval Academy. I am one of them, a USNA graduate commissioned in 1969. Each episode conveyed an important and timeless moral lesson that, in combination, cemented my resolve to become one of the 'Men of Annapolis'. I know many of my classmates were similarly influenced by the series. I hope you have access to the rest of the 41 episodes and will post them to complete the historic record. It would be a wonderful thing if making 'Men of Annapolis' available again would inspire another generation to seek service to our nation through appointment to the Naval Academy. I, and I know with certainty, many of my peers applaud your work. Beat Army!

I know a few of your classmates quite well and I'm also a USNA grad. Always loved these episodes and thought they were very timeless. I'm getting prepared to upload the remainder of the episodes, hopefully within the next few months. I'm so glad that so many people are able to enjoy them and relive some great memories.

@@ericarllen4597 Sir, I know there's a lot of interest from your classmates from '69, I know one of them very closely from my hometown. I posted the remaining episodes that I have access to and hope you enjoy them. I knew a gentleman from the class of 1950 from my church, and he was in very poor health but loved watching these episodes. I'm glad he got to see them before he passed last year. I graduated over 50 years after the series originally aired, but love how timeless the themes are. I hope you and others can enjoy them and reminisce about USNA and the Navy.

On a training mission to Pakistan a Pakistani Officer requested the two 2Lt's (U.S. Army) I was with to break their roughly 8 men into two groups and load a pair of Pakistani Huey helicopters. The helos landed and their crews were waiting on a supposedly "hot LZ" while the two American Officers debated who should go with whom. It got to the point the Pakistani Officer had to step in and split the men up himself. I was embarrassed for America and the U.S. Army. They just couldn't come up with the simplest decision to save their (our) lives. God help us if these two Officer ever had to make split second and correct decisions in combat. God help any poor Soldier relying on them to. That's the point of military leadership training, not to lock up when stress is added to the mix. We lived to fight another day. SSG. Hi, Is there any way to purchase a few episodes on DVD from you?

@@microkernel8486 Hello. I'm not sure if my reply went through to you. I have a written communication with Darryl Hickman from time to time and I would like to show him the episodes that he is in. I think you have three of them: Episode 3: Miss Fire; Episode 20 The Genius; and Episode 22. These are the episodes I would like. Thanks, Mike

@@microkernel8486 According to IMDB there were 39 episodes produced. 🤔 So if that's the case then the only one that's missing - as far as I can work out anyway - is "The Boxing Lesson." Unless IMDB is wrong of course, which is entirely possible!
