This is crazy that Damon would return to do this favor for Lorne Michael's after he fired him from SNL. Damon being fired from SNL was really the catalyst that made his big brother step in and create a vehicle for their family. In living color was actually more popular than SNL in its prime.
@williamshaw90474 жыл бұрын
More crazy that Michaels had him back considering what got DW fired. He had a minor part in a silly skit where Jon Lovitz played a criminal defense lawyer named Mr. Monopoly, who always got his clients off because he had Get Out of Jail Free cards. Damon was supposed to have a bit part as a cop but he played the cop as his Blaine Edwards character from "Men on Film"" and completely derailed the sketch.

@@williamshaw9047 Wow, never knew that. That's insane. But would have been really hilarious. They are completely known for going off script, so I don't know why it wasn't allowed. I honestly believe its because the wayans family was notorious for the "if you take one, you have to take us all" routine, and that may have been the case. Damon might have been trying to bombard Lorne with his sister Kim and and his younger brothers, i doubt Keenan needed that kind of leverage. He was already pretty successful with Hollywood shuffle and I'm gonna get u sucka, he was also friends with Eddie.
