@@connorrogers3570 Petter could have done better but he only went 2 times during his whole career. Was a candidate for 4 but stupid decisions ruined what could have been amazing. And in 2014 he was sick of the sport. He had won everything he wanted.

@@connorrogers3570 Besides during Petters era the competition was 100x stronger. Anyone in top 15 maybe Even top 20 had a chance of winning on a good day. Now its mostly the same ones winning.

And in that race, he became so desperate that he had to break Bolshunov's stick. It was nice to see that his tactics didn't work. He looked very scared when Bolshunov went to distance and he didn't have anything against him

I used to think Klaebo was at fault for this and agreed with his DQ and felt bad for Bolshunov, but rewatching it a few times I changed my mind now. It looks like Bolshunov either purposely (or unknowing since he may not have seen but either way it is his fault) cut inside his own line and into Klaebo, so now rewatching it I think Bolshunov was at fault. It was a similar situation with Bolshunov and the Finnish skiier in another race, and in that one I thought the Finnish skiier was at fault.

@@overmodels Doubt it. I watched it closely a few times and saw a different perspective than I did before. Plus saw it from a more revealing angle, where from the side you can't see things well to what really happened.

@@grantgoffin4774I doubt judges would have been on Bolshunov side if it hadn't been a true Klaebo fault. There is no a single reason for them to just justify Bolshunov, we Russians and unfortienatly we must pay for what our goverments do, wether it is sport or any other occupation, so that Bolshunov has never been in their favorite list

The situation was as follows: the skis of Norwegian skiers glided better than those of a Russian.
