Both were probably too aggressive with the passing lines, Korir even made an inside pass right before the curve. However, it really looks like Saruni just tripped over his own feet. If there was contact, it wasn't enough to move Korir's leg at 3:41. They both had more talent than experience at this point.

Yeah I agree. He was probably a little off balance from that horribly timed pass and looks like his left foot clipped his right knee. They should’ve timed their passes a little better. Going inside and outside at the same time is begging for something bad to happen to any of the 3 involved
