To achieve smooth, glowing skin: 1 - Hydration is essential. It helps. Aim to drink at least 2 liters water daily. 2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face. 4 - I stay away from junk food. 5 - I engage in 30 minutes of exercise daily. Combined, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

It's better to select moisturizer which is season specific , as in summer type moisturizers have spf components and in winter more glycerine. So buy small bottle but differ accordingly . IDK bout makeup but moisturizing is very crucial 😄❤️

Bhai mere hairs bht zaada silky hain or hr time forehead pr aaye rehtay hain, main chahta hun k main apnay silky hairs ko upward hold du. Main ne hair dryer bhi use kra hai or kuch hair products bhi use kri hain magar us se temporarily to effect hota hai magar permanently koi effect nahi hota. Or dryer agar ma daily basis pr hold k liye use krta hn to mere hairs damage hona start ho jaatay hain. Kindly koi aisi video bnaiye jis main silky hairs ko upward hold krnay k kuch solutions btayen hon. Or main jis taraf bhi chahun hold kr sku left side se chahun to left side se ooper ko hold kr sku or agar right side se chahun to right side se ooper ko hold kar skun. Thanks a lot.
