@Anon-pl8kz Жыл бұрын
It's not confidence you need. Confidence, for what its worth, does not exist as something you can feel. That thing that convinces you to work towards something better? It's called motivation. You need that but obviously aqquiring a sufficient amount can be hard with some of the adversity many men face.
@lnfused Жыл бұрын
I like your perspective. Just to add my 2 cents for anyone reading who might benefit - confidence comes from competence. I consider myself a confident guy but if you put me in charge of flying an aeroplane I will be a shaky mess who worries about everything. Without competence, confidence cannot exist. If I am competent at scoring free kicks from 40 yards, I can say I am confident at doing it. If I am not competent at that but think I can, I am delusional. Whatever you’re looking to be confident at, start doing it and you’ll hit a level of competence where you can feel truly confident. Hope that helps a few people think of confidence differently and assures you that you can stratum confidence in absolutely anything, IF you learn how to do it. A job, women, golf, anything. Do it, get better, get competent, then the confidence comes. Pretending to have confidence at something before you can do it will get you nowhere. The competence MUST come first, no escaping it. But take this as reassurance and a positive realisation, you can shape what you’re confident at and whatever you’d like to be confident at.
@P-12345 Жыл бұрын
We all have motivation. it’s what motivates you that you must worry about, if nothing motivates you then you have no motivation. If girls motivate you then you’re going to live a simp life. Make your motivation, yourself, do it for you. Not to prove to other people, not to get a hot girl, not to have a nice car. Do it for yourself because you know it’s the right thing. You’ll have endless motivation and will die happy knowing you tried.

Mate I absolutely promise you, do not worry. You are dirt young and hardly anyone has a career at that age. Social media has made a liar out of everyone. 26 is ridiculously young and you’ll start to notice a real difference in respect and opportunities. I am 28 and have been skint my entire life. I’m now selling Dubai real estate and staring down the barrel of footballer money. You will find it mate I absolutely promise you.
@lnfused Жыл бұрын
It’s only our expectation that makes us feel like disappointments. You have your health, your family, your friends, and the entire world at your feet. No one has anything at 26, do not let a few millionaire’s sons and instagram pics distort how far ‘behind’ you feel you are. You are not I absolutely assure you. And ironically, all the people spending their money trying to look rich are the skintest guys out there. Car on finance, fancy apartment mortgage, new watches, all for other people’s attention meanwhile they have £40 in the bank. People with real money try to hide it, not flash it because they’re worried they’ll be robbed or extorted. You are nowhere near your prime yet either physically, mentally, professionally or financially. Get excited because it’s all going to come and you’re in the build up to when all of that will come. Keep edging towards what you want and the way will form for you, the same way it does for the people already making it. There’s nothing special about them and you will have it to if you aim at it. Everyone started where you are and look at them now. Soon you’ll be telling your son the same thing when you’re the guy with everything. Keep going mate and be excited!
