Essence: 1. Detachment = TRUST 2. Self-respect (Boundaries, prioritising oneself, prioritising our own deeply rooted desires, train oneself to NOT accept the bare minimum, but no be entitled) 3. Slow down = stop hussling, pushing, draining yourself, stop chasing

Exciting video, A year ago i took the no contact route, well i wouldnt say it didnt go well, but i missed her and sometimes you have to leave your comfort zone and go for what you want, Without knowing and having a huge ego, we might actually miss out on our soul mate all in the name of not settling for less, I know who i am, and at the same time i know what i want for me, so i did all i could to get her back, and I must say, it was the best decision i have ever made, we have been together again for over 7 months, yes marriage isnt always rosey, but i am lucky to have her, just as she is to have me, we compliment each other

Three Feminine Energy secrets: 1. Understand that detachment brings ease. Detachment at its core is trust. Trust in the Universe. The Universe has your back. Good things often show up in unexpected ways. A warm detachment. Your worth is not determined by every little outcome. 2. Master the art of self-respect. Know when to walk away. Be in your queen energy. Value yourself. 3. Less is more. Constant hustling is not how we thrive as women. Realise that less can be more. Focus on what truly matters. Create space for what's meant for you to flow in naturally. Less hustle, more receiving. Thank you Jillz :)

You got this, Mama! (I'm a 29yr old SAHM with a 12month old, 2 year old, 5 years old and 6yr old who I homeschool, so I can certainly relate!) Isn't it funny how having children seems like it should be the most feminine thing you can do, and yet it brings out so many masculine traits? 😅 But it doesn't have to be that way! We can have firm boundaries, we can trust that this is all working together even when it's super hard, and we can allow ourselves to not do things the hardest way possible. Blessings to you in your mothering journey!

Probably the one way I have the best trust is when little things go wrong. It’s happened so many times that when something small goes wrong, like I miss the bus, or I don’t make a phone call or leave the house at exactly the time I meant to, that it was for the best and something good came out of it.

i'm usually more of a "take lead" kinda gal in life, but on my first date with my now husband (this was 8+ years ago) i let him take the lead. We were headed home and approaching the turn into my apartment complex and I quietly pointed that out, but he didn't turn in. I assumed he had something else in mind, and instead we drove all the way until we hit the beach. Turns out, he just didn't hear me, but letting myself take the back seat (instead of trying to control the situation, force directions, etc. like the ice cream shop example) ended up being the much more magical option.

The thing is, all these mental shifts are not actually only a feminine/woman thing at all. We find all these concepts across almost all forms of spirituality, where these mental states or goals are for everyone, both men and women. Detachment and trusting in the universe (or god) is for both men and women, self-respect is for both, boundaries are for both, etc.... (This is not just about this video or her videos specifically, but rather most of the femininity related advice out there, that most of the time is basically either communication advice (that works for both men and women), or mental shifts that are also for both men and women) ❤❤

What i like about trust is when i have nervous energy it is not just trying to control the situation, it is that I am wanting to find out is this situation for me or not. Trusting seems to indicate the universe will let me know in time if i need to let go of it for something better. I can breathe. I do not need to be concerned or worry. The universe has my back. I can focus on something else.

so grateful to you and for me founding that video now. Just what I needed. I don’t usually write comments but I feel like I need it. 2 days ago we broke up with my boyfriend ( first love ) and it was completely unexpected for me… so right before that I was so depressed and cried more then several hours and on the next day woke up completely exhausted ( felt like I can’t be happy anymore) however it was just first night after that I realized that I am the person which people admire: my femininity and charisma… now the third day and after I saw your video I remembered who I am and who I always wanted to be and nothing will change it, but we all just have to have sometime for to experience something and come back with new energy. So I want to thank you and wish everyone to know the fact that you can always be the better version of yourself even if now you think you can not. 💗

Less is more! That's what resonates most with me and always brought me to a 'higher' level when I took that approach in the past. Detachment is only possible for anxious attached, when they heal so it is easier said then done. Intimate relationshops actually can possibly trigger attachment style haha So if anyone reads this, if you feel any type of anxiety, please look into symptoms of this attachment style, and only then you’ll understand where the fear comes from and from this point, you can learn to detach/trust the process because you understand where your fears and anxiety come from. From this point, you will realise when you react/respond out or fear. Be good to yourself, be kind, and know this path will take time but man you’ll be so happy

I love this video! Well done! The only thing I feel compelled to point out is that these things are continually tied to the divine feminine through the video and as I guy I not only found it applicable to me, but it’s also very similar to the things said on videos targeted to men and said to be masculine. That has baffled me for quite a while now, listening to these targeted toward female or male and finding them to be so similar.
@brianlittrell797Ай бұрын
Trust or not being attached to any outcomes is allowance/surrender. It is very much a divine feminine quality to go with the flow of life instead of resisting or fighting how things are. We still take inspired action to fulfill our soul's desires and intentions and create outcomes that are positive and beneficial. Actions and thoughts are masculine in nature. Trusting that all is well no matter what happens and not being attached to any outcomes is a part of the divine feminine. The self respect and healthy boundaries seems like it is both masculine and feminine. Slowing down and being present in the moment is a state of being. It is beingness. And beingness is feminine. Doingness is masculine. Being aware is a state of being. You can't DO awareness. You can only BE aware. Being present is being aware of The Now Moment. It is mindfulness. That is very much feminine. The masculine and feminine support each other. So intuition and inspiration is feminine and the thoughts and actions are masculine.
