This last guy is 100% me! I was a foster child. Never felt like that affected me but not being nurtured from a young age significantly affects your development (I'm 33 now). In 2022 I had a girlfriend who I became overly attached to, so when she broke up with me, I fell deeply into depression, drinking alcohol to the point where last year I ended up in hospital for 2 weeks hooked up to IV drips and whatnot. Luckily because I served in the army, I have access to a veteran's mental health service where I will receive psycho-analytical counselling this month that will look into attachment/fostering. Although this man would of suffered, it's nice to see someone else who I can relate to.

That’s just a stereotype with all due respect to your own perspective… but I as a female have experienced the exact same with first love and so did my female best friend … it took us a year at least to heal properly… from a few months long relationship… we loved with our hearts and souls … only to be moved on from almost on the spot … yet we were ready to go above and beyond if were given the chance… in fact having loved them too much is probably what made it all so short lived …I believe it’s not a gender based thing … rather a Loyalty/ Kindness/purity based thing…. Adding that to the fact that it becomes challenging and even feels Miraculous to ever be able to love again… I don’t know where one could be without the love of God to fill that void in one’s heart and even surpass it hopefully… Add to that the fact that girls tend to have a timeline when it comes to redeeming a chance at motherhood… while guys can be fathers literally whenever… It definitely hurts the most when you thought you were gonna spend your entire life with them …when in the midst of your intense pure love you get left out of nowhere… over text and over stuff one thing which have been very fixable….had the other person loved you as much as you loved them… even when it came to materialistic things in both situation Have seen females being the givers instead of the receivers… people are people most of them don’t appreciate things that come with ease … or get too impatient with challenges… or just simply don’t love enough those who love them alot… either gender can get too invested … and no one should be chasing anyone. Everyone is worthy.

@@Ariadne4Girls are no strangers to getting emotional support from the people around them. This isn't something that is afforded to men most of the time. Heartbreak affects both genders; the difference is that women are allowed to speak out about their emotions while men are forced to sit there and let them rip them apart from the inside. Obviously girls deserve support, but just remember that they already get way more support in this regard than men ever have.

It's not question of time man, it's question that we thing our feeling doesn't really matter and live have told us that our sentiment aren't respected at all. We never Ask a boy : "how do you feel ?" Because society don't Care of our feelings that's the.hard truth. Worst than that, telling its feelings as a guy is seen as weakness by women and create natural rejection feeling. I think girl don't search the feeling of a man. Keep bro' with you with one you can share it. Real bro' are same kind of Guy as you, they will understood how you really feel. A women can't, a women will make you feel better normaly, andnyou will make it feel her better, but you will never share your feeling with her because you will create rejection feeling in her. Xavier, child, you have no clue what you're talking about. Men and women are the same inside. We need the same things. If a man is insecure and equates his worth with getting women, then that's a commonly male problem... But that's not biological. It's societal. Remember: a woman is the same inside as you are. Treat her accordingly. Be kind, be real, be considerate. Never treat her any way you wouldn't want your daughter to be treated.

My ex cheated on me. he cheated on me throughout the entire duration of our relationship, which was five years. He married to the girl he used to tell me was his cousin. I loved him. I wanted to marry him and have kids and shower him with all the love I could. I too grew up in a dysfunctional family and wanted to build a better life and family for myself. But after I had just given up and walked away, he told every single one of his buddies that I had misbehaved with his family (I used to go to his house, tale care of them in his absence, cook, clean, give them medicines). That relationship broke me and it has been a decade, i have not recovered. So, never judge by listening to only one side of the story. It takes two to tango.

@@bapparawal2457no, that’s a shitty thing to do. If you want to figure out if you love someone, you do some introspection to evaluate your feelings. You don’t initiate physical contact to decide if the chemistry is there. That’s not love. It’s lust. Most women don’t really know the difference though. Not every kiss is going to be magic. Look at people who have been married for a few decades. They’re not acting like horny teenagers. They’re taking care of each other because they recognize the value of what they share together. A kiss isn’t going to tell you if you’re in love with someone and if you’re too stupid to see that then you’re not really capable of love yet. She didn’t love him, but the kiss wasn’t the evidence of it. The fact that she’s put him through that without considering the effects that would have on him is.

The first heartbreak is the worst because afterwards you feel like you could have maybe handled things better and been less naive if you could just go back. Because the further on in life you go and the more experience you have it just seems like it’d be starting the game over on easy mode with the one you will always imagine an alternate future together with. But there’s no time Machine so you just have to accept it. And likely you’re not the only one learning from mistakes. Yep its a spiritual connection which is broken when one of the sexes or the same breaks the spiritual connection of course the only righteous relationship is one where it is a man and woman. Who respect each other and God. Man or woman who has sexual anything with another man or woman breaks the trust and bond immediately though you may not know it. I think a psychopath must feel it too. It’s not very easy on anyone. But that’s why you marry the opposite sex because it’s rational and common sense and real love if you love God especially. I’ve felt emotional anguish in my heart but never heartbroken nor cheated against.

She said even though she loves me and has never been treated so well in her entire life, she’s not emotionally ready for a relationship and has known since day 1. It’s been 1.5 months now and I feel completely destroyed. Hearing his story and how similar it sounded, gives me hope that my wife is out there somewhere. I hope I find her soon

She is at fault for certain as anyone else would be what’s!?? But you are responsible since you love yourself more than she who did not love you. Meaning you carry automatic responsibility to heal emotional and spiritual pain In your heart because most people who hurt us won’t come along and soften the very shots they fired at us almost all humans probably wouldn’t. That’s why Jesus Christ is there for you he still loved you which is strange to me even now but if you accept him over time you’ll feel filled with love as if you don’t need mommy and daddy and wife nor sibilings nor children. Of course you should do that 😅 get all the children you want procreate them into existence and ask God to give bless you with more fertility. But right now I feel at peace. I don’t need to please Anyone if they hate me I’ll please people who don’t hate me though sometimes it does soften hateful monegrino people’s hearts.

800 prophecies we’re completed in the Bible that’s a 1 x 10^895 possibility. It would take 10 Minutes to write the zeroes. If you died right now are you a 100% sure you’d go to Heaven? all people have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. What is sin? Sin is essentially any bad thing we've ever done. Have u sinned before? Because of sin the punishment is a burning hell. “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Do u know the story of Jesus? (If yes skip next step) if not do next step. God came down to earth as a man. Lived for 33 and a half years. He never sinned his whole life. Eventually some people got jealous of him and got him convicted of phony charges. He got crucified on the cross. Died. Was buried for 3 days then he was resurrected by his own power. Do you know why Jesus went through all this bloody mess for us? It’s because remember your sin is the problem why you can’t go to Heaven right? The only thing that can wash away your sin is the blood of Jesus Christ “But God shows his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ God did all that to save us from hell "Much more than, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Ephesians 2:8-9 “We’re saved by Grace through faith which is not of ourselves it is the gift of God not by works for fear any man should boast” Salvation is not by good works like “water baptism, attending church, any good thing you do” “For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭10‬ ‭KJV‬‬ To get saved, you need to repent as a sinner. Or, you need to be sorry for being a sinner. Are you sorry for being a sinner? “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Do you believe everything you’ve heard in the gospel so far? All you have to do is say it to God in less than 15 seconds I’ll even help you say it to god all you have to do is repeat after me. I’m going to give you the words to repeat, but remember repeating this prayer doesn’t save you. You genuinely meaning the words from your heart does Dear god I repent as a sinner I believe Jesus is God who died buried and resurrected so his blood can wash away my sins. So I only trust in the blood alone to save me. Not my good works. To save me from hell in Jesus name. I pray amen So if you believe in him and what he did. You'll be justified by his blood and saved from hell and you'll get an eternity of Love, joy, and peace Then after that. Just read the King James Version Bible daily. As man does not by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. It says like a newborn baby desire the pure milk of the word so that you can grow by it. And Jesus said, Sanctify them through your truth. Your word is truth. Essentially Jesus was saying. Make your believers holy through reading your word, and finally. If you continue in my word, then you are truly my disciples and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Therefore He can begin writing your chapter at 55yrs

We’re still somewhat good friends almost 10 years later but it took a very, very long time to come to terms with it because I didn’t really have any negative views of her to fall back on. I’m happy with the person I’m with now but I always wonder in the back of my head if she is because of that experience. Best of luck to all trying to make whatever relationship they are in work.

Focus on the here and now mate. It’s tough but if you let those little ‘what ifs’ grow you could stand to lose the person you’re with now. 0:55 You don’t need to ‘feel’ anything to love someone or be loved. True love isn’t a feeling at all. What we think is ‘nothing’ might just be the peace and safety that our body needs. And what we think is a spark might be anxiety that we’re not even aware of. Of course, there are exceptions, but people need to stop looking for a spark and start thinking more like: am I happy? Does this person respect and love me? Can I respect and love them? Etc

The worst thing to experience in a relationship is to remember how our loved ones used to be... and how they changed for the worse... and having to treat those loved ones with our full guard up so as to not get hurt again... and having to accept mentally that they aren't our loved anymore while looking at them ... It can literally feel like dying alone in cold is better than experiencing these moments...

3 days ago i went through a heartbreak, my very first one. Long distance relationship with a perfect girl ive been with for 3 years, we loved each other so deeply, we were in sync, inseperable and soul mates at one point. Thats how everything felt, it felt so PERFECT. No other word to describe it, it was mutual on both sides. We met each other at low points and helped each other up. She was my motivation to be better, she made bettering myself become exciting because i couldnt wait to put her in a big house and make her happy. She took care of me so well when i was broke and had nothing, held me down.. 3 days ago she broke it to me that she met another girl at pride , kissed her and had feelings for her, found out she was attracted to girls and not guys anymore. Lost all love and affection for me after that one kiss, all of our commitments officially meant nothing and she went numb towards me. She told me she just doesnt understand how shes feeling right now , but it destroyed me. Im broken. I have to celebrate my birthday in 11 days without her. I never got to pamper her the way I wanted, life was just getting good for me and was about to get better for the both of us, even though she thought it was at its peak before the kiss and was content with it, things was just starting to get so good............. Lord please help me. Im hurting and it hurts to live right now, its agonizing, my heart hurts and aches, why does this feel so painful, its cruel. Went from obsessing over each other and seeing each other in our future for years to come all the way to her not seeing me in her future at all after one kiss, in one day. How does love work like that? (Note: She did love me alot leading up to the kiss by the girl, everything just changed in that moment)

I really like what the last gentleman had to share. "Breaking the generation curse" so many people come from broken families (me included) and it's so tough to change that cycle for future generations. Once you hurt or get tired of feeling so much hurt/pain, it's a bit easier to make or be the change you want to see. I want to show compassion and love!❤

I've never heard of abused ex's i've just been thru a really rough breakup, (well.. it's been 5 months and i still think of her day and night no matter how hard i try to move on. i'm cool, but i still think of her) i tried to have a conversation with her and not only thru texts.. i even saw her on the street couple of times but the way she ended things and shown me the immediate distance she needed from me. i didn't even approach. and i was scared i guess i didn't date much. but I'd never do anything to hurt her.

(Long read) It definitely changes a man. Last year proves it for me. I was guarded before, and opened up to a woman I'd talked to for years. She accepted, and for a short while, I was the happiest I'd ever been. Then, bam, I'm told she doesn't feel anything and had moved on from potentially liking me months prior to my confession. Basically it seems the relationship was a test to her. And I often wondered how many times when she said "I love you" if she meant it, or if she was lying through her teeth. Let me tell you, before that breakup day, I never lent much thought to the idea that words can cause physical pain. But when it happened, at first I sat for two days in what could be likened to shell shock. Then, it felt like I'd been socked in the stomach, and my chest was tight. Clearly I was devastated, but I've been recovering. I dont think a man will ever truly forget his first love and what it was like. But it's a learning experience for sure. Have faith brothers.
