I find Jada's antics to be very narcisistic in nature. There's attention seeking behavior and then there's sociopath behavior... What kind of attention do you expect to get when you publicly humiliate someone? Seem to me like her endgame is not simply getting his attention it's to hurt him. Jada is extremely jealous and envious of Will’s career and fame. As Will gained more fame and Note-oriety .. Jada became angry that Will didn’t bring her up along side him. He had connections and didn’t really help her and her career.

She's not likeable though. She has a 'harshness' about her that comes off onscreen. I remember when Matrix came out and Aaliyah was supposed to be scripted for the part. She had already been doing scenes before she died. The part was then given to Jada. When I saw the movie I couldn't help but think.....I wish it would have been Aaliyah.

Thanks for the commentary as a therapist it makes total since. She isn’t as whole and healthy as she proclaims but she doesn’t see that. She seems to spearhead the damage but the loud one is not always the most damaging one it may look like that. Anyway there is a lot of pain in their relationship. I wish healing for them each separately and then as parents but it’s clear they do not adhere or understand the sanctity of marriage

I went through the same thing in my marriage with my ex wife. All control and no love. My ex used to control me through sex. So i can see what is happening. Yes. It's that simple. Jada even alludes to that in her book. Will could give her a lot of "things" like the house, cars, million dollar 40th birthday party but Jada just wanted Will's attention as a husband. Her priority was their family.

So, by writing that book, she takes her control back. On the Today Show this morning, she stated that they are "Life Partners." They love each other. And divorce is out of the question. Basically, they are learning how to cope with each other. For the business aspect of it. A very dysfunctional way of living because of money. 😆

@MVMO as usual I enjoy your opinion. Jada is a strange one to me, and until you broke it down, I get it now. That root is damaged, and I'm sure she experienced some unthinkable stuff growing up with a drug addicted mother. I feel for their son Jaden and daughter Willow - although I think Willow seems to be the only level-headed one in the family. Hopefully she is getting therapy and learning boundaries.

If you're correct, and believe you are, then Jada's toxic behavior is in response to Will's need to keep up appearances. I’ve heard more than one commentator opine that Will and Jada will stay married because there is no pre-nup. That doesn’t sound right to me. A man who loses 50% of let’s say $100 million is not going to have to downsize the way a Joe Smoe would if he loses 50% of $10,000. Do you agree?
