Two men wear makeup for three-days walking around NYC resonated as a lot more than just a lesson in matching your foundation to your skin tone (though no one's knocking that, either). Turns out, wearing makeup gave these men a small taste of what it feels like to be a woman in the world - and the vulnerability that so often comes with it.

It would be better if they made a video where they were shown how to do it properly, and if it was just a basic makeup routine, without lips and eyeshadow/mascara. Something more natural that would encourage more guys to use makeup, and reduce the stigma for men who want to wear more but are afraid. If more guys do it casually, then it will be less shocking for those who do it in more colourful ways. Which also reduces the stigma for gender fluid people. Teach guys how to cover their eye bags and circles, and to even out skin tone, and more guys will want to wear makeup.

Makeup is for self expression and it's not an obligation for any women to wear it at all. So if it takes forever to put on then that's on the person that's going to wear it.
