We have a bar near our house that serves weird meat for meals. They are called fireside grill. Honestly weirdest meat meals ever but so good lol FYI bison tastes like beef but better. It doesn’t smell when you cook it. So good

I am an Aussie and I don’t like kangaroo meat.🦘. A lot of farmers consider them a pest which is sad because they are a beautiful animal. I don’t mind venison jerky and mild chilli beef jerky. I laughed at your faces when you were tasting some of the jerky. 😂😂❤️❤️

Kangaroo steak and mince is good. I’ve also tried crocodile. It tastes like calamari. But yes, here in Australia kangaroos are just roadkill and pests to the farmers.

You should really try, kangaroo steak...it's really good. Same goes for ostrich (FYI it's a red meat not like poultry). Both need to to be grilled rare to med rare. Gator is better breaded and fried.

I have a friend who's two dogs went a roo that had been left half dead after being hit by a car. She went to pull her dogs off and the roo ended up sending her to hospital. Roos are definitely annoying

I've had deer, elk, turkey, bacon, beef jerkies. I've had kangaroo steak, but not jerky. Alligator is pretty delicious and tastes like slightly saltier chicken.

That particular Kangaroo's name was Roger. He is dead now. "Roger ( c. 2006-2018) was an Australian red kangaroo best known for his muscular physique. Died: 8 December 2018 (aged 11-12) (death ... Species: Red kangaroo Known for: Muscular physique Born: c. 2006; Northern Territory, Australia" How was the Roo jerky? The meat is very lean, not a lot of fat. Wouldn't think it would make a good jerky.

Jenny Smith probably mixed it with some fat from either beef or pig. If you don’t mix lean meat with fat, the meat will be dry, crumbly and lack flavor.

The puffkie is from a video where they tried baking without a recipe & just trying to guess how to make something. What turned out was a muffin-like cookie which they called a puffkie.
