I'm a victim of domestic violence of being accused and convicted of domestic violence. Now my life feels like it's controlled . I was young and couldn't afford a lawyer. Here in Ohio you can't even have it expunged or sealed and it's the least of the misdemeanor charge idk I feel like I was shafted

I am one of those WA men/father who have been and continue to this day. 20 yrs married. 5 yrs ago I couldn't take her mental and physical freakouts anymore so I finally left thinking time apart could help our marriage problems. She was courted by a DV advocacy group and EVERYTHING IN court was a complete lifetime movie story. My parental rights taken and stole. Even to this day, I have submitted many forms of real evidence including recorded video of both petioner witnesses commiting perjury concerning all there courtroom lies on me . Still denied my rights to our child and he to his loving caring and most importantly innocent father. So my advice. If the argument turns physical, leave. My 20 yrs of violence was in a 21 yr relationship. If there's children involved and your a father, get a vetted lawyer and your bible. I thank God she didn't kill me. I have 6 more yrs till our son's 18. He's been away for 6 long yrs. I have so much video exactly as you 2 describe. Didn't get allowed to submit it? Great video tho. I've watched SO many in 6 yrs. Hardly any on this subject. Domestic violence is horrible. Fake domestic violence is horrible. Just not sure if 1 is worse

I'm surprised these con artist at Cordell didn't delete your comment there was probably much more like yours because 85% of the time allegations of abuse are found to be false and women are the ones that initiate those allegations and the court are the ones that profit off no matter if you're innocent or not they still drag you through Court happened to me too so I know what you're talking about no constitutional rights no nothing hell after 3 years I'm still not even officially divorced cuz I refuse to sign their unconstitutional order I could go on and on it is a complete joke how much the port is in contempt of the law sure they'll hold you in contempt of their feelings but the court is constantly trespassing on the law and in contempt of the law these crooked lawyers are the same I've been watching their videos for years and all they do delete comments don't listen to these people they are trying to trap men not help

Its about time they get what they started. I do not feel bad for DC against men its only a problem now because women are fighting back.
