I think that would be much harder for top male fighters. Average men still have natural power, etc, and even untrained men can end a fight with a single blow, women don’t possess that power and are basically helpless and at the mercy of a trained women.

The outcome would probably, as some people point out here, be determined by the stamina to keep on standing.
