Not trying to bust your… Michael. Like I said love the videos you don’t big em up it is what it is . Plenty on safety in this one lots of good tips and helpful stuff . Just saying and sometimes picky stuff although we don’t want to hear it can make more difference than the bigger things! Anyway I’m waffling now , like you already said.. BeCareful again, just saying!👍🎣

Mike you want to be using a heavier line for your lead, i fish a lot of rough ground i use 30lb mono for my weak link, you want to be able to detach your kead if jammed solid but you don't want to be losing them every cast otherwise it becomes very expensive. I'd also highly recommend making your own rotten bottom clips out of stainless 1.5mm welding rods. Using rigs that are as simple and plain as possible is best for rough ground. I use a single length of 100lb of 3ft tied so 2/3 are hook length and the last 3rd is to the lead works just like a pulley rig in essence but costs pence if lost.

Ok mate, all noted! Thanks.

Hi mike.. there is a cheaper alternative to buying new boots especially if you already have solid ones.. you can buy something called Kold Kutter wader boot studs or kold kutter tyre studs (the short ones) and they can be screwed into the grips of the boots. They're about 6 or 8 quid a pack of like 20 or something. They hold solid and can be removed and the holes just close up. I use them when its icy underfoot in my walking boots..work in mud too. Awesome.. Edit: just to add, These studs are made from hardened steel and they're sharp so they just dig in and grip. Now the salt will make them rusty in time but you can just swap them out cheap enough.

Brilliant mate, ideal that. I was thinking of screwing the soles but thought I'd look for a pair. These sound ideal, I'll take a look. Much appreciated, thanks for tuning in again.

I get mine of tackle shops in the area but most of the time of rich the hero. He's on TikTok under Heroic baits. Think he's struggling with the winds and tides at the moment but always worth messaging him. I've told him about it too.

One thing I'll say... MANKIND is no good for the ecosystem. Always try my hardest to help out the environment though. Suppose people have to pick things, always do. However, I'll take note

In fairness I’ve watched a lot of your videos and your always conscious of your surroundings and rubbish etc. but those little bit of monofilament line probably do more damage to fish and birds and filter feeders than large plastic bags and cans… just saying. Keep the videos coming always a good watch 👍🎣

I'm always conscious about this, one occasion I snip the line though and yes, I do get it. You should see my box mind, full of line and the pockets of my coat, all full with line. But hey ho.
