Well, I am in 2020. Have just followed one and had to fire up You Tube to learn about the Legend. Looks a decent vehicle, and if they are as reliable as a Lexus would make someone an excellent car.

Just rescued one if these from going to the Junkyard . The owner gave up in it . Guess what?. All the car needs was a main relay .These Acuras don't get their due respect in America .

Lovely review i’ve got the same model 1999 it’s in fantastic condition in gold. It’s used all the time I even go up to Ayr in Scotland 12 times a year to see family it’s a wonderful car.🎼🎵👍🏼

In the U.S. it's the exact opposite. Most older people drive Toyota, while teens and young adults are more likely to be seen in Honda vehicles, as they tend to be more performance oriented compared to Toyota vehicles sold in the U.S. The Honda Legend shown in this video is known as the Acura RL here in the States. Acura is Honda's luxury division, similar to Toyota's Lexus and Nissan's Infiniti. However, the Acura brand is only available for the U.S. and Canadian markets. I should also add that not all Acura models are re-baged Honda models. Acura's design team is based in both the U.S. and Japan and develops vehicles for North America.

Its the same in the rest of europe. My granddad had a Toyota. I don't know why the English think Hondas are old mans cars, maybe bc of the Honda-Rover collaboration?

Legends have always been like the outside child, that is,,never quite fitting in with the rest of the family. However,,, once you buy one, you quickly realize how great there are at everything. Proud owner of a 2007 KB1 model Legend that is now on its 17th year around the sun.

The LS499 has the 4l V8 but they are similar in appearances, But the Legend is rarer so Ii could live with the smaller engine.

I own both Legend KA9 1997 with only 50k kms (also a KA8 too) and a LS400 1999 with 66k kms. For me the best japanese cars ever made!! If I have to choose one, the KA9. Perfect car!! I like new cars but I prefer the older ones except for my Porsche 997 Turbo :)

Too bad because, at least 2002 onward, they are fantastic cars. Only real gripe is the car does suffer from torque steer if you punch it at the wrong time.

Hammond and co, would you reckon Honda has a hooligan response base? They always get such comments alike I own one and its slow when its a v6 3,5 or i owned 134 Merecedeses and this is cewl huhuhuh.Beavisagrees. This does fit the .. ehm..sales people gut feeling, in the market, that..how do i say this nicely? Lexus and Honda and infinity in not nordic north European countries lie about everything , always doubling barings banc, and in their bookkeeping only Civic exists in the software for accounting. Also Acura has never existed in Eu.

Hondas of this generation had a boring interior. From the accord, used to have it, 1999 model. Just was a pain.

Have one a 2000 it's grt and fast er to 60 I know with a few upgrades bigger wheels and wider tires it's cornering Is fantastic
