Alina Ibragimova spielt mit einer Leidenschaft und Präzision, die mich beseligt in den Himmel versetzt. Das Orchester hört sich wie ein kammermusikalischer Partner an, Anja Bihlmaier öffnet den Raum, in dem es den phantastischen drive der Geigerin aufnehmen kann, nie hastig und nie schleppend, sondern von Anfang bis Ende wie ein nicht endender Spannungsbogen. Mit einem Wort: Musik. Besser habe ich dieses Werk, das mir in jedem Takt vertraut ist, noch nicht gehört, und möchte es einfach immer wieder hören. Vielen Dank auch dem Tontechniker.

Such a spirited, passionate performance. I particularly loved places like in the 1st mvt cadenza when she really takes all the time in the world, and let's the music speak for itself. A great artist!

Ms. Ibragimova is one of my favorite violinists. So brilliant, so expressive, and yet never seems to be working that hard. A fabulous performance of one of the great concerti, and a wonderful job by orchestra and conductor as well. Brava/o to everyone involved!!!
