Playing this in the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall with my school orchestra, I'm so excited, we use a kit instead of separate instruments due to lack of percussionists. Going to be the second time I've played it, last time I was the little aux. percussion man, now kit player :) The movements in this are so good! My little brother loves Star Wars so I'm going to surprise him :) Thanks John Williams for such amazing theme songs!!!

Even so, making such awesome music shouldn't be boring. I'm a proud member of the DSO Civic Orchestra, and even though we rehearse a lot, and sometimes the music is a bit dry, in the performance, it's so awesome to play for an audience and to have them hear this great art. Ah well, it really is too bad for them.

for all the ignorants who have no ideea who John Williams is...he wrote the OST for most of the succesfull hollywood movies....and arround 90 movies won oscar because of his music...he might not be a good conductor but it is his music he is conducting and i think it's only fair he should be doing it

Overall it's a nice interpretation and besides the flaws that are very noticeable even for a less pretentious listener comparing to original, the arrangement is a very good one. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would grade this as: 10 for the effort with arrangement, 10 for the interpretation and 8+ for the technique.
