My MRI report shows posterior horn of medial meniscus shows horizontal tear. My knee pains in standing position since 2.5 years. But no any other problem in strength. Nighter locking nor sounding problem. Some doctor says it's grade 3. What should I do. After surgery some part of miniscus would be cut. Then I will face post ortho problem in future as I m just 38 years old. That's why I m trying to avoid surgery. Please advice me
