Hi there! Thanks for the useful video! How soon after the injury can you start these exercises? For context, I woke up with a swollen knee 3 days ago and have been caring for it with elevation, ice and compression until I can make an appointment with a doctor. If it's still swollen, in pain and I can't bend it (hobbling around with a cane, etc), I assume it's way too soon to even attempt these, right? When should I start? Immediately after the swelling subsides? Some time after that?

Hi let the swelling subside first - make sure you get professional guidance. I hope the ideas in the video help. All the best with your recovery.

I have been diagnosed with metatarsal drop. Can anything be done to fix this?

An orthotic in your shoe should help. You can buy these or be prescribed them from a podiatrist.
