He's so sweet! My c-section was definitely painful but not very much afterwards but I was also in labor for a couple days before the surgery. I just had my vbac in June and loved it. I hope you are recovering well! I can only imagine the emotional ride it was, especially with the death of a family member.

Aww,so sorry for all your trials during this Csection, you are a brave lady, and then Dewy had to leave you so soon afterwards, but it was very understandable n I'm glad he could go.You are doing a good job being a wife n mother! Have a blessed week ahead! Joanna 😉

Thanks for sharing your birth story, Stacey! I had 3 c-sections and hearing your story took me for a walk down memory lane. A lot of the details you mentioned sound like a repeat of my experiences. Blessings to you and Dewey as you raise your little boys for Him. I'm was so sorry to hear about Jolene's passing, but like you said she is in a much better place now.

You look wonderful. I had twins as my first, 10 kids and 7 cs. Many of the same kinds of feelings and experiences. I had 1 time when I felt like I couldn't breathe. It is a bit scary. I am glad that you overall had a good experience. I agree about getting up and being active as being quite helpful. My sympathies about your sister in law, how very difficult. Thank you for sharing your story:)

Hey Nicole, Thanks for stopping by! That's neat you had twins first also. I love the fact that you had 7 cs! You go mama! I'm sure you would have a lot of neat birth stories to share also. That feeling of not being able to breath is scary. Thanks for your sympathies!

Thank you for sharing your birth story. It was good to hear that your doctor was firm in sharing what he thought was safest for you and your baby. Early in 2019, our daughter in law had vbac that did not go according to plans at all. We are thankful that we miraculously have both mom and healthy baby, however, the damage was bad enough that there will be no more children. Part of me wishes that she and my son would have know more about the risks involved. I am thankful that He graciously allowed the emergency repairs to be successful. I know God's plans are perfect and He may add to their family in other ways. I hope that during this period of transition, that you are blessed with gifts of peace and joy. May you see His gifts in your day to day mundane. As I read through the Creation account earlier this month, I was struck by how Jesus, who created all things, was willing to walk in the day to day mundaneness in order to save us. And that mundaneness was part of the Father's plan. Now, I am a bit more aware that His plan for my life might include simple everyday routines and tasks...over and over, but they still bring Him glory if done for Him. They are really His plan for me and they are good. I hope that thought is as encouraging to you as it was to me. And, dear one, may He give you sweet rest.

Hey Gail, Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. I love the thought of Jesus coming to earth and walking in the day to day mundanes to fulfill Gods plan of saving us. That's so powerful. I think ill come back an re-read your thoughts several times. Very helpful!
