Taking an afternoon nap works wonders for me. I have said no to protect my time & space for years, so more of the same for me now that I am going through menopause! I listen to my body & do regular yoga. Blessings to you for this helpful & informative video!

Thank you this was very helpful. Once I started taking my multivitamin, my menopause fatigue went away. I am taking hormones but I’m interested in trying the Relizen.

Just an FYI, new chapter has soy and a hormone blend you may want to check into.

Thank you for the suggestion, however I cannot take any soy products due to the cancer risk. Soy mimics estrogen, which is why it is such a wonderful help for many, but due to my cancer history, my doctors discourage it.
