loved this. I had my last cycle end of 2017 and finally found someone who started me on the minimum dose to protect against heart disease, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer's. I had a cac test in august of 2023, and had a score of 213. is that too high to start hrt? I hope not. I never want to stop it.
