Even if he should he decide to run at altitude (Mexico City) just off peak season with a favourable tail wind and a competitive field to drive him hard, I could not see him breaking the 200m record. Don't get me wrong, he would run it damn close, but at sea level we can forget it happening.

Knighton: 1st race for the year; 290m - 1977. Let's see what happens in Paris. He will be phenomenal when he muscles up. Advice to Eriyon: In the off season, muscle up and run more 30m (starts) and 60 meters.

If Christian Coleman could hit 19,6 ... s like I said before, he would qualify for Paris, unfortunately he was run down by Erryon who was hit 9,77s. What happen with Erryon, it look like he was a bit nervous and felt uncomfortabe. Come on Erryon, go showing up your desire at 200m. I believe you can run faster than this.

Bendarek Vs Lyle is very interesting to see They match each other energy-for- energy. USA will sweep the 200m medals at the Olympics for sure. Usain Bolt's Olympics record 19.30 will be pursued. There is no other perfect time for this. However, that record is tough to break considering the rigour of the Olympics preliminaries.

While I know there is a friendly rivalry between Lyles and Bednarek - It "seems" that Bednarek is a little too serious with the rivalry. Noah was trying to talk to him and it "looked" like Bednarek was ignoring him. I think if Bednarek takes the focus off of beating Lyles and more focus on finishing a little stronger - He will beat Lyles. And if both of them are not careful - Knighton will take it all. Congrats to all 3 making it to Paris. Job well done!

I think Kenny is in 19.4 shape. He seemed to have eased up a bit in the last few meters when he saw how close Noah was. Maybe he didn't want to push himself right through and is waiting to surprise us in Paris 🤷

Winning one tenth of a second, like from 9.88 to 9.78 means you have to run 1 meter faster in 100m race. Now to EQUAL Usain's record, you need to go 3 meters faster, going from 9.88 to 9.58 which is now impossible for Noah who has not yet broken the 9.80 barrier. Noah still has a couple of years to show if he can improve his numbers before getting old for the game. That's a small hint to see how difficult it is to break Usain's world record. I think those who have bigger chances to break Usain's records, should be over 6'3" foot tall, with very strong bodies.
