I must be trippin , you say use mouthwash which I'm not disagree with cha , But! i had a dental hygenist tell me otherwise . We were talking about toothbrushes and I told her I had the Oral B electric 8 dollar toothbrush.. She says go for the 100 dollar toothbrushes. My ? is would it be worth it in the long run for me???. I also told her about mouthwash she said those are just ploys to get your money.

Your dentist is tweaking, yeah good toothbrushes age healthier for the teeth but people don't buy mouthwashes for gum and teeth heath. It's bought because it keeps your mouth smelling fresh throughout the day
