I recently just bought some supima Tee's and I really like the fit and feel of them. They are see through like you said so I would only wear the white one as an undershirt. But any other colour is fine though.

Go one size up cause all cotton shrinks after wash, go for medium even if it shrinks for 5'10 the fit would be perfect

Hows the durability of unilqo U crew neck tshirt compared to supima? Like does it fades easily, lose its shape over couple of washing, and lastly shrinkage after wash compared to supima. Thanks

According the size guide I should get a size medium. My chest is 38-40in depending if I flex. However, 7in sleeve opening is too big. My bicep is 13.5 or 14in.

Your chest measurement should always be when its unflexed. 38" is bordering between a small and med. Supima is slim fitting so I would recommend a Med

You look like 150 pounds. Not 160 pounds. Because I'm 5 feet 10 inches tall have 35 inch chest and 12.5 inch biceps. And I'm only 136 pounds. My body specs are similar to you. You wouldn't be 25 pounds heavier than me.
