My mouth watering looking at a good salad.....January first my husband and I will do “the whole 30 lifestyle” for 3 months. Eating healthy and live a healthy life style - was a breeze when we unfortunately both got COVID ......we did not really get sick. Anyway......keep creating great music 💕
