It's over stimulated exhaustion. Give a dog a piece of steak, he will rarely ever eat his shitty bowl of cereal 3 times a day. The dog will be the most spoiled shit. The first time I walked I only walked for ten minutes (about a half a mile) I just kept at it slowly building up the distance, now I walk for an hour 7 days a week . I've lost 80 lbs and my blood pressure went from 155/85 to 120/72. I've still got some weight I need to lose but I am on the right path.

I cut out processed sweats, pasta, bread and tomato sauce from my diet, and eat smaller servings of rise and other grain products. I do not constrain my self on meat, fruit and vegetables. Eating a lot of highly processed soy (milks and most fake vegan meat is soy based) can also artificially elevate estrogen levels

I was mostly vegetarian for like.... 2 years maybe and lost a great deal of weight and was super healthy. I cut out most carbs except for rice when I had sushi and carbs from fruits. No starch (except the occasional rice), no processed sugars, no candy or cakes or ice cream, etc. I felt great and lost like 100 pounds, but I changed jobs and the stress and hours ruined me. I fell right back into my old ways. It started with getting back into coffee again. I had cut out all caffeine, but my job was next to a dunkin donuts that everyone went to and were constantly asking if i wanted anything from no matter how many times i said no. They were being polite, but it was like a drug addict constantly being asked if they want meth. Coffee meant adding cream and sugar because i like my coffee light and sweet. Then it turned into iced coffee with flavorings and caramel and whipped cream. Then actual donuts. Since I was working like 12 hour days plus 3 hours of travel I stopped meal prepping and juicing. I got back on bread and meat via pre-made sandwiches. Then I would come home and nothing would be open except the 7/11 so... I got those cheap burgers and some snack cakes. By this point I was officially done with my life style change I had worked so hard to maintain. Within 2 or 3 years I had gained back all the weight i lost and i hated myself for it. I was let go from the company that caused all the stress and over eating, was at my heaviest of around 347, and now I was depressed from the job loss. I tried getting back into things, eating better, exercising, etc. But it felt so much harder. i a good 6 years older than the last time i tried to get healthy and now had the added stress of not being employed. I knew what I needed to do, but just couldn't bring myself to so it, which is worse. Being over weight sucks, but you can always be in denial about being able to lose weight. Losing weight and regaining it is far worse because you know you did it to yourself. Now, I have a part time job and still worry about cash but it could be worse. I have gotten into meal prep, but because I started in January its been slim pickings for fresh fruit and veggies. I've lost around 15 pounds and hope to continue losing more. The hardest part for me is getting motivated to exercise. However, after about 4 weeks of cutting out processed sugar and soda and junk I am starting to feel a lot better already. Hopefully I can keep it up and look as healthy as Kevin does here.

I am aware on studies that link factory farmed meat to health problems but eating wild game is the best food for you. you have to run off carbs when you don't eat meatwhich spikes your insulin Everytime you eat leading to type 2 diabetes alztimers etc. Not to mention digesting carbs is very hard on the liver it's equivalent to drinking alcohol. I've been changing my diet as well and have adopted a lot of vegan products to my everyday eating habits. I TRULY cannot live without cheese, I'll put cheese on anything! But since I'm trying to shed all of my weight and be healthy I decided to cut back on cheese products and since I still need cheese in my life I have been substituting it with vegan alternatives and i gotta say there are some impressively good vegan cheeses! There were a few i didn't like at all and tasted like grade F pasteurized american cheese( you know the REALLY cheap one ) but I found a brand that they sale at a nearby store I had never been and theyre so inexpensive, a pack of sandwich sliced cheese for $1.99 , they taste great . I've also completely switched milk and now drinking almond milk which I dont mind at all and its super low in calories. I also found some chicken patties that i really liked and I swear they taste just like a jack in the box chicken sandwich, i still can't believe their vegan. Anyway, my point is if you start with cutting back some of the really bad things you can make a big impact on your health in the long run and now I've even lost 20lbs but I'm also exercising and cutting on my calories. I never was taught proper nutrition eating habits so i never thought twice about the stuff I would eat which was mostly junk food and fastfood. Either way, I have changed the my lifestyle and since doing it Ive noticed I'm not having shortness of breath, i sleep better, slightly more energy, not as much difficulty breathing and I can actually run a lot longer, lol. Anyway, good luck to anyone trying to make that healthy life change.
