Added these to my HIIT routine. Became a truck driver a year ago at 220lbs. 179lbs, HIIT every second day and 1800 cals (30g sugar tops rest is fats and proteins) on the road. It CAN be done.

These videos are always motivating. But sometimes they don't give you a suggestion on what to do as far as reps and time on each exercise. I'm going to pick about 10 to 20 that focuses on whatever body part and add that to what I do now. There is really enough exercises here to make a week long workout.

Start off at beginners level. Eventually you'll get this good. I also like allblanc tv. They have beginners stuff. I like day 3 of the 10 min daily challenge. I did day 1 yesterday. That's more a beginner level. Haven't tried day 2 and 4 yet. The exercises in day 3 are helping stretch my very tight hamstring

This of course is for advanced Level Fitness People and should never be engaged by entry level gym or Fitness Members . Too many Gyms have Thier Aerobosarous Instructors integrate stuff like this in Thier Group Fitness Class when the people walking in the door can't even stand straight .
