Repetition buddy, stick with it and when it becomes more and more effortless you know you're making progress. Notice he was struggling here and there as well, such as how his back slacks midway through pushups. Thats how you know its worthwhile even for a guy as in shape as him.

actually felt like this was pretty doable!!! im gonna push myself to do it. hardest part was transitioning from squats to push ups. had to take a break before push ups and during push ups. but then i powered thru everything else. push ups was about controlling my breath. everything after was easy-ish bc it was about flexibility.

Been doing this for 5 days straight now (every morning). The hardest part for me is still the transition from squat side kick to squat jumps. My legs and butt are fucking weak LOL. But I wont give up and keep going. EDIT: 2 MONTHS of this! I feel a lot stronger and are sometimes doing 2 sets per day with 2-3 min rest between the sets. There are days where I rest too (cus my job also requires physical activity) but I've been doing it almost every day at least once for 2 months! I also like to add some more squats and pushups at the end of the workout + lots of stretching. Planning moving towards more abs exercises soon. MUST. GET. FIT.
