Wooo, shout out to the Puerto Rican restaurant Sol Food in San Rafael, CA at 6:53! I live around where they film 13 Reasons and they like to park their trailers in the parking lot of a nearby mall so it makes sense he's eaten at Sol Food. I highly recommend dumping their hot sauce all over the rice on the chicken thighs platter from there. He is correct that it's the best hot sauce, spicy and not too vinegar-y.
