This was a great video. First, I admire that he does his own programming and says how important it is to track your diet and exercise, but also account for things like daily weight fluctuations over the course of a week. I also like how he states that he's vegan for ethical reasons rather than performance reasons, and takes extra care to meal plan to ensure proper nutrition as a result. Overall, 10/10 Gym & Fridge tour.

Vegans don’t “brag” about anything, they are vegan for ethical reasons and know they aren’t better than anyone else. It’s all about the animals. That being said, some people like their beans chilled, and the bean water, or aquafaba, makes a great whipped cream substitute when chilled.

People need to calm down. Being a Vegan is nothing special, I was a Vegan for +2 years and it simply wasn't for me & my body, it very much depend on the person. If I have to put a label on it, I'm more of a "flexitarian" now, well... I honestly stopped thinking about what I eat, I mostly still choose plant based "meats", but not because they are plant based, simply because the brand we have here, tastes great. I simply eat healthy & have a great balance, but my body feels better after getting some animal meats back in my life. (and I knew exactly what I needed and how to get the b12 etc. that needed another source, while being a vegan.). Keyword: Balance
