@@varalakshmimaganti7009 just bring some water to boil when the water starts bubbling up u can put the cup in the vessel and leave it for 5 min not more than that then remove the cup and wash it with mild soap or with cup wash and place it in the pouch and it's ready for next use :)

Hi I'm using this cup since last month its really very nice for married womens, and very easy to use post delivery womes. And we can't use this in long travels because for every 5 to 8 hours we have to clean the cup and it should be in nice and clean western bathroom. In that case I prefer pads.

I have been using the cup since 3 years. I absolutely love using the cup over using pads any day. It makes me free from the rashes and the wet yucky feeling you get while using pads. Yes, it takes time to insert the cup and let it properly fit but it provides you coverage for 8 to 12 hours post that depending on your flow. It really makes your life easy. So i suggest all the girls to use it. I definitely don't feel any pain while inserting as the blood itself acts as a lube and it makes it easier to insert the cup. But, I think it will be difficult for unmarried girls to use it. Please give it a try though!!

Nagavaram Radika You will face leakage only when the cup does not fit properly or vacuum is not created. please make sure that the cup is opened inside and it has vacuum to hold it there. You can try holding the stem and rotating the cup so that it gets stuck on to your vaginal walls. You can determine if the vacuum is created or not by trying to pull the cup with it's stem once it is in place. If the cup fits perfectly, then you will have some resistance to pull it out. You can get to know this with practice!!

@@kalyani_the_sanathani It does not depend on age. However, if you are sexually active, then it would be lot easier comparatively. And pain is caused due to friction if there is no proper lubrication. Once your period completely starts, your vagina would be wet providing the required lubrication for the cup to go in and cause less pain. So use it when you know the right time or you can wash the cup with water and it can also work like lubricant. But it would take some time to get used to it!
